About Us

The Molecular Pathology Core Laboratory performs IHC, ISH and FISH for identifying various viral (e.g. SIV, CMV, EBV) and bacterial (e.g. helicobacter) pathogens in paraffin-embedded and frozen sections of nonhuman primates. Immunohistochemistry services are available for established procedures and protocols. The facility also develops new protocols for ISH/FISH and IHC using probes and antibodies for requesting investigators.
